I majored in Graphic Design years ago never let go of my love for illustration. Over the course of my career I managed to weave in opportunities to design and illustrate blurring the lines whenever I could.
I have been fortunate to have done creative illustration for Subaru Asia, Simon and Schuster, Stellar Elements and others.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to find points of tension behind the idea I’ am interested in. I do several iterations on each idea with the goal of looking for a unique view point and a wink to the intended audience.
For me personality and playfulness can be expressed in many ways and it’s a matter of finding what works best for the brand or product.
